Medicinal ingredients (each capsule contains):

Organic Chaga(Inonotus obliquus)250mg
Organic Cordyceps(Ophiocordyceps sinensis)250mg

Recommended use or purpose: 
Helps reduce the symptoms of stress, such as fatigue, sleeplessness, irritability, and inability to concentrate. Helps reduce cortisol and C-reactive protein — the biomarkers of physical stress and inflammation. Helps support cardiovascular health. Source of antioxidants for the maintenance of good health.

Recommended dose: 
Adults: take 2 capsules daily.

Non-medicinal ingredients: 
Hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (plant-source)

Adrenal gland support

I have been using this product for at least 5 years. Initially it took a few weeks to notice anything. But once in my system my mood was more stable, I had more energy for later in the day and I slept better. When I run out and think oh I don’t need it anymore, a few weeks pass and I am feeling sluggish and moody again. This product has helped me through my premenopausal years without a doubt. If we ever moved to Vancouver Island I would apply for a Jo at your company. I also use recovery to help me while I wait for knee surgery. I also used animal recovery for our senior dog who has arthritis. Thank you for making such a great product
