Medicinal ingredients (per dose unit: 1 tablespoon):

Inulin (fructo-oligosaccharides)9 g

Recommended dose:

6-12 years old: 
Take 1/2 tablespoon once a day.
12 years old and older: 
Take 1 tablespoon twice a day.
Mix with 8-12oz of pure water or a beverage of your choice. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Cautions and warnings: 
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use if hypersensitivity occurs. May cause abdominal pain, bloating, or flatulence. Store at room temperature 15 - 30 °C. Protect from moisture. Bottle opening sealed for package security.

Useless because it doesn't dissolve

I tried mixing this with water as directed and it doesn't dissolve, the powder just congeals into a sticky blob that no amount of stirring will break up. I tried swallowing the blob and washing it down with water but it is sticky and gets caught in the throat. I guess I'll buy Metamucil instead...

Gentle effective relief

Fiberlicious was recommended to me by my pharmacist as I was experiencing some Irritable Bowel Syndrom. I had been taking Meta Mucil and Clearlax. They were very harsh, took a long time to work, and caused gas, cramps etc.
Fiberlicious is gentle, faster working and very gentle with no uncomforable symptoms. I have regular and normal bowel movements. I hughly recommend this wonderful gentle and most effective product. Was a real game changer for me.
