Recommended use or purpose:
Helps increase total sleep time. Reduces effects of jet lag and helps to fall asleep faster. Helps reduce symptoms of stress such as fatigue, sleeplessness, irritability, and inability to concentrate, in people suffering from sleep restrictions or altered sleep schedule (e.g., shift-work and jet lag).
Recommended dose:
Adults: Take 2 capsules once daily with food to avoid digestive upset. For jet lag, take one capsule at bedtime while travelling and at the destination until adapted to the new time zone or daily pattern. For all other uses, take 2 capsules once a day at bedtime.
Non-medicinal ingredients:
microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (plant source), hypromellose.
Known adverse reactions:
Stop use if allergic reactions occur. May cause drowsiness. Exercise caution when operating machinery or driving, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Discontinue use if headache, confusion, or nausea occurs.
Cautions and Warnings:
Avoid alcohol and drowsiness-causing products. Consult a healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks or if taking medications for seizure, blood pressure, to suppress immune system, to affect mental state or increase sedation, steroids or blood thinners, also if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar or migraine. Discontinue use if symptoms persist or worsen.
Contraindications:
Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
