Recommended use or purpose:
Enhances tissue formation and maintenance of proper muscle function. Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Assists in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Workout supplement/Athletic support.
Recommended dose:
Adults: take 1 teaspoon (5.9g) daily, mixed in hot water.Once added to water, Magnesium Carbonate, L Glycine and Citric acid react. Ratio is 2 molecules of glycine to 1 molecule of magnesium to form Magnesium Bisglycinate. Citric acid helps drive the reaction.
Non-medicinal ingredients:
Citric acid, raspberry flavour, xylitol.

Chemistry you can watch happen
Most magnesium arrives already finished — a salt pressed into a tablet. This one is assembled in front of you. Add one teaspoon to hot water and magnesium carbonate, L-glycine and citric acid react: carbon dioxide lifts off as the fizz, while two glycine molecules bind to each magnesium ion to form magnesium bisglycinate.
By the time the fizz settles, the magnesium is fully dissolved and chelated. The process you can see is what makes this format different: the bisglycinate forms fresh in the cup, ready to drink.
