Medicinal ingredients (per 1 teaspoon):

Glycinate1850 mg

Recommended use or purpose:
Enhances tissue formation and maintenance of proper muscle function. Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Assists in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Workout supplement/Athletic support.

Recommended dose:
Adults: take 1 teaspoon (5.9g) daily, mixed in hot water.Once added to water, Magnesium Carbonate, L Glycine and Citric acid react. Ratio is 2 molecules of glycine to 1 molecule of magnesium to form Magnesium Bisglycinate. Citric acid helps drive the reaction.

Non-medicinal ingredients:
Citric acid, raspberry flavour, xylitol.
