Recommended use or purpose: 
Powerful antioxidant that creates electrolyte balance and helps protect against oxidative damage at the cellular level. Helps relieve inflammation and supports joint health by reducing cortisol and C-reactive protein levels. A source of fungal polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties, helps reduce symptoms of stress such as fatigue, sleeplessness, irritability and inability to concentrate. Supports immune function and energy metabolism and helps in the formation and development of connective tissue and collagen and the maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth and/or gums and enhances wound healing. Helps to maintain proper muscle function including the heart.

Recommended dose: 
Adults: 2 capsules twice daily

Non-medicinal ingredients: 
Silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (plant source), hypromellose.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking antiplatelet medication or blood thinners; if suffering from bile duct obstruction such as gallstones, if you have stomach ulcers, excess stomach acid and if symptoms persist or worsen. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
