Contains the following guaranteed pure ingredients /scoop (10 grams/0.35 oz = 1 tablespoon):

methyl sulfonyl methane (MSM)10,000 mg

Suggested use:
Introduce gradually over a two-week period to a concentrated dose of ½ scoop per 300 pounds body weight. Administer orally during or after mealtime once a day.

After 30 – 60 days it may be possible to reduce intake to ¼ scoop per 300 pounds body weight.

Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal is broken. Free of all artificial ingredients, preservatives, additives and common allergens. Not for use with animals intended for slaughter.

Just getting started

I'm up to two capsules in the AM & PM haven't got to the powder yet but what would you say is proper Dosage per day for both the capsules and powder?
I have not yet seen a noticeable difference in anyway yet ....
Could you please have someone get back to me please.

Well, I quite honestly can say I started using your vegan MSM along with your HA 300 along , then added your Recovery extra strength. ( controlled portion sizes) I know this sounds crazy, but I did not want Pepper to miss out on the glucosamine and other vitamins and minerals. As We are still trying to truly determine what her underlying issues are, but I can honestly say her clicking noises in her back end have stopped when she moves, especially side to side. She appears happier, her movements perhaps not as stiff. Although the cold winter weather does not make it easier. I’m hoping with prolonged use she may get some internal healing/relief to help her enjoy her daily life to the fullest. Perhaps time will tell! If you have any suggestions regarding my dosing so as to not overuse or waste product I’m all ears. Our small improvements hopefully add up to a greater Being. So I unfortunately cannot rate just the MSM alone.

So far it’s great it definitely doesn’t have a great take but when mixed with a little juice no problem! The customer service was excellent and made a super easy pick up ! Thank you I will be coming back for more!
