Non-medicinal ingredients:
Blackberry, cranberry, red raspberry and blueberry fruit powder – all organic. Hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (plant source).
Recommended dose
Adults: Take 5 capsules 2 times daily. For best absorption do not administer with dairy. Avoid taking at bedtime. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
Cautions and warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen. If you are taking prescription medication, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use as citrus bioflavonoids may alter the effectiveness of these medications. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation or indigestion. Store in a cool dry place, away from children. I was struck by an avalanche 20 years ago and broke many bones and tore many things. I struggle with pain to this day but Recovery honestly helps.
Good products all around
I really like the recover supplements pill form and have always felt great after about 2 months of continuous use.
I am no longer able to take the pills and was relieved to see I could get the powder. It really tastes horrible though.
It tastes like sweet /vitamin /bitter...
I choke it down with beet juice and wheatgrass sometimes.
Having said all that I love Purica and their supplements. I am grateful they have such yummy tasting citrus magnesium powder!

No real change to arthritus pain in my knees. I find the pills upset my stomach. It says not to use past 12 weeks ..why?
Love the Purica extra strength. Works well. Am also giving it to my cat
