Recommended use or purpose: 
Helps to relieve the symptoms associated with menopause such as hot flashes, night sweats, paresthesia (itchy/tingly skin), insomnia, nervousness, vertigo, fatigue, rheumatic pain and vaginal dryness.

Recommended dose: 
Adult females: take 2 capsules twice a day.

Non-medicinal ingredients: 
Silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (plant source), hypromellose.

Unbelievable!

I was suffering from mood swings, day and night sweats and sleepless nights. I started taking one/day and night and I felt improvements immediately.
