Recommended use or purpose: 
Helps to relieve the symptoms associated with menopause such as hot flashes, night sweats, paresthesia (itchy/tingly skin), insomnia, nervousness, vertigo, fatigue, rheumatic pain and vaginal dryness.

Recommended dose: 
Adult females: take 2 capsules twice a day.

Non-medicinal ingredients:

Amazing!

I was suggested this by a woman at a health food store after feeling completely done with my hot flashes, constant sweating, mood swings…. It’s been a week, and I have had two full days with not a single hot flash! I also have noticed my scalp is less itchy too, which was another thing that started making me go bonkers. I am only taking 1 pill/twice daily for now, but am beyond ecstatic with the results so far and have recommended it to a bestie who is going through the same thing! Thank you!
