Saved from Surgery

I started taking Curcumin about 2 years ago. A friend sugested it. I had severe arthritis in my right ankle along with a bone spur. I was taking some pretty heavy pain killers. Surgery was recomended but I had a 102 year old mother living alone that I visited every day. Being unable to drive for 6 - 8 months made surgery out of the question.
Within weeks of taking Curcumin, the swelling in my ankle started to go down. The pain was so much more tolorable, I could start walking the dog again.
Now two years later I no longer need a cane, haven't had to take pain killers for over a year as I have almost no pain in the ankle and I hike almost every day.
I highly recommend curcumin, especially for seniors suffering the aches and pains from arthritis. It may not cure the arthritis but it certainly helps. For me it was a huge game changer.
