Medicinal ingredients (each capsule contains):

Organic Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus)400 mg

Recommended use or purpose:
Promotes cognitive health.

Recommended dose:
Adults: take 2 capsules per day for maintenance and 5 capsules per day for therapeutic dose.

Non-medicinal ingredients: 
Silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (plant-source), hypromellose. 

Cautions and warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause stomach discomfort.  Store in a cool dry place, away from children. Do not use if safety seal is broken.

Source of fungal polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties. Provides antioxidants that help fight/protect (cells) against the oxidative damage (cell damage) caused by free radicals.

Adults take 1/4 teaspoon (900 mg) 1 time per day for maintenance and 1/2 teaspoon (1,800 mg) 3 times per day for 
therapeutic dose.

Not sure

I really don’t feel that I should comment. I’m not sure that it works, but there’s so much d dementia in my family that I’m doing everything I can to ward it off so. I really don’t know if this helps. I do find the cost a little prohibitive and not sure how much longer I will continue to buy it.

A little sharper

Since I’ve been taking Lion’s Mane from Purica it ‘seems’ like I’m accomplishing my Duolingo practice a little better. I get that this is anecdotal and can’t really be measured, hence the ‘seem’s’ in quotes.
