Medicinal ingredients (per capsule)

Each capsules (0.6 grams/.21 oz) contains:

Non-medicinal ingredients: 
Blackberry powder, Blueberry powder, Cranberry powder, Dicalcium phosphate, Hypromellose, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline cellulose, Raspberry powder.

Recommended dose
Adults: Take 5 capsules 2 times daily. For best absorption do not administer with dairy. Avoid taking at bedtime. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.

Cautions and warnings: 
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen. If you are taking prescription medication, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use as citrus bioflavonoids may alter the effectiveness of these medications. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation or indigestion. Store in a cool dry place, away from children. Do not use if safety seal is broken.

Blackberry, cranberry, raspberry, blueberry fruit powder, monk fruit – all organic – natural flavouring, malic acid. Gluten free.

Recommended dose: 
Adults: Take 1 teaspoon two times daily. Mix with water or diluted juice. For best absorption do not administer with dairy. Avoid taking at bedtime.

Cautions and warnings: 
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have iron deficiency, have a liver disorder or after use experience abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice. May cause hypersensitivity, mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation, indigestion or diarrhea. Store in a cool dry place, away from children. Do not use if seal is broken.
